The unincorporated community of Otto is located in the state of Wyoming’s Big Horn County. It is currently home to about 50 residents.

The community was named in honor of Otto Franc, a local rancher and cattle baron who established the historic Pitchfork Ranch near the town of Meeteetse in Park County.

Otto is an agricultural community that grows beans and sugar beets as well as corn and other grains. It is located near the Greybull River, a tributary of the Big Horn River.
