The town of Byron is located in Big Horn County, Wyoming. According to data from the United States Census Bureau, the city had a total of 615 residents in 2013.

The town was named after Byron Sessions, general manager of the Sidon Canal Construction Company, who also led the pioneering group settlers that established the first community in the area in 1900. The town was formally incorporated in 1910.
